How many sessions will I need?

Will I Be Aware During Hypnotherapy?
Yes, you will always be aware of what is happening during hypnosis. While your mind may drift into deep relaxation, you remain in control at all times. You can bring yourself out of hypnosis whenever you choose, but most people enjoy the state so much that they prefer to stay in it until the session naturally ends. Additionally, you won’t reveal anything you don’t want to—hypnosis does not force you to say or do anything against your will.
